Empiric Student Property, a prominent owner and operator of student accommodation in the U.K., has announced the appointment of Joanne Pollard as its Chief Operating Officer. This newly created role is a testament to the company’s commitment to expanding its platform.
Pollard brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having previously served as the Managing Director at Prime Student Living for three years. With over 10 years of expertise in the student housing and broader living sector, she has held esteemed positions at Campus Living Villages and the Mansion Group. Furthermore, Pollard has demonstrated her versatility by working in roles at Abbey National and BUPA, gaining valuable experience outside of the student accommodation sector.
In addition to appointing Joanne Pollard, Empiric Student Property has named Frances Abbott as its Wellbeing Manager.
